How we work

Small, quiet, and built around the work.

We keep the studio deliberately tiny so the craft can stay front and center. Here's the shape of a working day.

01

Fully remote, async-first

We work from wherever we do our best thinking. Fewer meetings, more written notes — so your calendar stays yours and the making stays uninterrupted.

02

Judged by output

We care about what you make, not the hours you clock. Ship something small and true, then talk about how it feels. That's the whole loop.

03

Craft over calendar

A thing ships when it's warm and right, not when a date says so. We'd rather sweat the small stuff than rush a feeling out the door.

Who tends to thrive here

The kind of maker who feels at home.

People who do their best work here tend to care about craft — the bounce of a tile, the softness of a sound, the exact brown of a barn at dusk. They notice the small things, because with us the small things are the point.

They're comfortable with autonomy. Given a little seed of an idea and a lot of trust, they run with it — and they're honest when something isn't working yet.

And they like small teams. No big machine to hide inside, no committee to wait on. Just a handful of people who take real pride in gentle, unhurried work.

The honest bit

No open roles right now.

We'll be plain with you: AXIMOO isn't actively hiring at the moment, and we won't post a role we don't have. But we always love meeting kindred makers. If our little corner of the farm sounds like your kind of place, introduce yourself at hello@aximoo.com — tell us what you care about and share a bit of your work, and we'll keep you in mind for when the herd grows.

Say hello

Let's stay in touch.

No forms, no funnels — just a friendly note. We read every one, and we're always glad to meet another maker who sweats the small stuff.
