This Privacy Policy explains how AXIMOO LLC (“AXIMOO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website at aximoo.com and when you use the games and apps we publish. We’ve tried to keep it short and readable. If anything is unclear, email us and we’ll explain.

AXIMOO LLC is an independent studio based in Colorado, United States. This policy covers our website and the games and apps we publish (together, our “Services”). It does not cover third-party websites, services, or app stores that we don’t control, even where we link to them. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.

2. Data we collect

We collect as little as we reasonably can, and only what helps us run and improve our Services.

Information you give us

When you email us at hello@aximoo.com or otherwise contact us, we receive your email address, any name you choose to include, and the contents of your message. We use this to reply and keep a record of our correspondence.

Information collected automatically (website)

We use Cloudflare’s privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics to understand aggregate traffic to aximoo.com. This measures things like page views and general trends without cookies and without building a profile of you. To deliver and secure the site, our hosting provider also processes limited technical data such as your IP address and browser user-agent for a short time.

Game and app data

The games and apps we publish may process the following, as a general category:

• Device information — such as device model, operating system version, language, and general region.
• Gameplay data — such as progress, settings, and in-app events, typically in aggregated or de-identified form, so we can fix issues and make better games.
• An advertising identifier — only where you have given the consent required in your region, used to support advertising.
• Crash and diagnostic logs — to help us find and fix problems.

We do not ask for your real name, phone number, or precise location in order to play.

3. How we use it

We use the information above to:

• operate, maintain, and improve our Services;
• respond to your messages and support requests;
• understand aggregate usage so we can make better games;
• keep our Services secure and prevent abuse and fraud;
• where applicable and with the required consent, support advertising and measure how it performs; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only with service providers who help us run the Services, and only for that purpose:

• Hosting and security — Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, and privacy-friendly analytics for aximoo.com.
• App stores and platform analytics — when you download a game or app, the Apple App Store or Google Play processes your transaction and provides us with aggregate, de-identified statistics.
• Advertising, mediation, and attribution partners — where a game or app shows ads, we may work with advertising mediation and attribution providers, as a general category, to serve and measure advertising. Where the law requires it, this happens only after you consent.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets. We require our providers to protect your information and to use it only for the services they perform for us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data.

If you’re a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Our website does not use tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and do not follow you across other sites. The games and apps we publish may store information on your device that is necessary to make them work; where optional features or advertising rely on identifiers, we ask for your consent where the law requires it.

7. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age of consent applies), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact hello@aximoo.com and we will delete it.
