These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of aximoo.com and its subpages (the “website”), which are operated by AXIMOO LLC, an independent studio based in Colorado, United States (“AXIMOO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

In short: this is a small studio website. You’re welcome to read and share it. Please don’t abuse it, scrape it, or misuse our name and artwork. The site is offered “as is,” and Colorado law governs these Terms.

Your access to the website does not transfer to you any ownership of, or license to, our intellectual property, including any games and apps we publish. You may not use our name, marks, or artwork in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our written consent.
